1.      Planning (planning) are think up what do will be worked by proprietary source. Planning is done to determine to the effect firm as a whole and excellent way for meeting that aim. Manager evaluates alternative set of plan before take action and then seeing if plan that is chosen fastens and get for meeting been utilized firm aim. Planning constitutes to process primal of all management function because without planning, another functions can't walk.
2.      Organizing (organizing) done by aim divides an activity outgrow to become smaller activity. Organizing waters down manager in do observation and determines needed person to perform duty assignment already being divided that. Organizing can be done by determines task what do have to be worked, who that has to work it, how is that duty assignment is agglomerated, who that is in control of that task, on level which decision shall be taken.
3.      Guidance (directing) are an action to labour that all group member tries to reach target according to planning manajerial and effort

Coordinating

Controlling
